1. Seeded To Order
We seed against confirmed demand — our market week and our standing wholesale orders — instead of growing speculative volume that sits in inventory waiting for a buyer.
2. Grown Hydroponically
Your greens grow in a controlled hydroponic system: no soil, no soil-borne pests, and no batch-to-batch inconsistency from weather or dirt quality.
3. Harvested The Morning Of
We cut on harvest day, not days ahead. What reaches you is hours old — the difference you can actually taste against store-bought greens that shipped from across the country.

Sold in person at the Smyrna Village Farmers Market every Sunday. Come see what looks best that week and grab it fresh — no ordering ahead needed.
